Ingredients
Salad
- Parsley — 500g
- Tomato — 300g
- Onion — 50g
- Fine Bulgur — 100g
For the Sauce
- Olive Oil — 50ml
- Lemon Juice — 50ml
- Tomato Juice — 50ml
- Grape Molasses — 10g
- Salt — 5g
- Pomegranate Molasses — 2g

Steps
- Wash and finely chop parsley (2mm)
- Dice the tomato and onion (2mm)
- Soak and drain bulgur
- Combine all ingredients
- For the Sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients in a mixer and mix well
- Add the sauce over the ingredients
- Garnish with romaine lettuce, lemon slices, and diced tomatoes
